About Kenstone Credit Solutions LLP
Established November 2023
Kenstone Credit Solutions LLP is a credit report correction and advisory firm headquartered in Bengaluru, serving individuals and small and medium businesses across India. We operate walk-in offices in ten Indian cities and work remotely with clients everywhere else.
Our work is specific: we identify inaccurate, outdated, or incorrectly reported entries on a client's credit report and correct them through formal disputes with the reporting lender and the credit bureaus, under the dispute rights that Indian credit information law gives every borrower. Where an entry is accurate and cannot be corrected, we say so in writing before the client pays a rupee.
Four commitments shape everything we do. First, a free written analysis of the credit report before any engagement, so the client knows exactly what can and cannot be done. Second, fixed, published pricing on our website — no quotes, no negotiation. Third, a named senior credit analyst on every case, whose name appears on the case record. Fourth, public documentation: we publish case studies with redacted before-and-after report extracts, client video testimonials, and a page listing cases we turned away and why.
Services include individual credit report correction, business credit report and commercial credit rank (CMR) improvement, dispute filing and follow-up with lenders and bureaus, and annual credit health plans for individuals and businesses.
Kenstone Credit is part of the Kenstone group of companies, alongside Kenstone Capital, which works with lenders on security enforcement, and AuctionDunia, a bank-auction property platform. Kenstone Credit's co-founder and head of operations, Harish Krishnamurthy, also writes on credit education for Indian SMEs.
