During my years as an active cricketer and as a retired one, I have to travel extensively all over the world. Every country has a cuisine which is distinct in flavor and appearance. I wish I could have included my favorite from all over the world, but since that is not possible. I have chosen the two most popular cuisine-Indian and Chinese with some Thai "Must Haves".
I have included some of my most liked dishes in Elevens menu. Together we have painstakingly tried and re-tried the recipes till we got the desired tastes. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
