UTSAV EYE CLINIC is manged by Dr. Anand Kumar who is the first qualified PAEDIATRIC OPHTHALMOLOGIST and strabismologist in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. After finishing his Master in Surgery (MS) in ophthalmology he has done his long term fellowship in Paediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus from the reputed Aravind Eye hospital, Madurai. He is among the handful of pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus specialist in the country. He has been trained under one of the masters in the subject Dr. Burton Kushner in the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA.
