AMC Rates (Business User):
Desktop Computer - Rs. 450.00 per quarter (without parts)
Laptop Computer - Rs. 550.00 per quarter (without parts)

AMC Terms & Conditions: We offer a maximum of 12 visits per quarter (3 months, upto 12 visits)
AMC Services requires a contract duly signed by both parties, along with the signage of contract.
We offer AMC services WITHOUT PARTS, which means that if some part is damaged and cannot be fixed, the client will have to bear the cost for the purchase of new computer part.

Maintenance on Call Basis, Networking Support:

If you are concerned about repair and maintenance costs, we offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC). Our highly skilled technician install, maintain and repair Windows-based PCs, Laptop / Notebook, terminals, modems, and network connections. Certified technicians can make on-site repairs in departmental offices / Individuals, or you can bring your equipment to the workshop. We offer two types of Annual Maintenance Services (Computer AMC services):

1. Non - Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract:
Non-comprehensive Computer AMC includes repair & services only with cost of defective to be borne by the customer.

2. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract:
Comprehensive Computer AMC’s includes all parts (Here, you are not charged separately for the labour or for the parts replaced).

Service Contract (AMC - Annual Maintenance Contract):

On-site support :

We offer phone and on-site support of desktop and server operating systems as well as support for a wide range of hardware. We aim to provide you with the highest possible level of customer service. When you call us we assign you with an experienced technician who can provide you with an 'end-to-end' resolution to your problem. Our technician will assess your situation, before recommending a course of action. If it is necessary to buy new parts or software than the technician will install these and ensure that you have a working system.
