About The Portico

Established January 2026

The Portico is Hyderabad's First Boutique Resort. It is 30 minutes from Hyderabad International Airport, 20 minutes from Kokapet, and 30 minutes from Gachibowli. The estate spans 35,000 sq. ft. and features five suites, a fiber-optic pool, private jacuzzi backyards, and a glass-walled lounge that opens onto the lawn. The design carries Manduva roots and a Bali soul, set inside a Hyderabad address. Drawing from Telugu courtyard homes and Balinese resort architecture, the property features open-sky courtyards, glass ceilings, and terracotta tile roofs with 80% of the estate open to the sky. The Portico is built on one principle: when you're here, the world outside ceases to exist. Every lawn, every suite, every moment reserved for you and yours alone. One estate. One occasion. One memory that lasts forever. Designed to endure, the property is built with rainwater harvesting, thousands of trees, and an ethos of ageing gracefully with the land it calls home.
