Highly motivated and knowledgeable trainer with more than 11 years of experience in designing and monitoring dance & exercise-based programs based on client needs and goals. SAM incorporates various dance styles and fitness routines in the regular exercise program. I have my own unique style of conducting fitness classes maintaining the high interest of clients. My fitness classes are high in energy and zeal. Each fitness class is different from the previous one.
