Sammilana was born in the quiet spaces between hope and heartbreak — through the stories of couples who came to us after years of trying, multiple unsuccessful treatments, and moments when they felt they had run out of options.

In 2011, Dr. Sneha Nagesh opened the doors of what was then known as Sama Wellness Clinic, guided by a simple but meaningful question:
