Institute Overview
PIFCE is established with association of Professor P.N Phatak former Head Dep’t. Civil Engineering KDM College, Gorakhpur (UP) and Mr. D.N Chandola (B-Tech Civil form IIT Roorkee), former Director of Border Road Organization (BRO) by Mr. Balbir Singh. MR.BALBIR SINGH (M.Sc.-GEOLOGY, MIGS) owner of Perfect Foundation Services Consultancy established in 1999. PFS completed many of prestigious projects in India and abroad, now he want to share his and their friend’s knowledge and experience with new generation engineers.

1. Quantity Surveying (Q.S) for Civil Engineer -Eligibility: Diploma /B-tech /M-tech Civil - Duration 4 weeks.

2. Quantity Surveying for Electrical Engineer –Eligibility : Diploma /B-tech /M-tech Electrical - Duration 4 weeks.
3. Quantity Surveying for Mechanical Engineer – Eligibility: Diploma /B-tech /M-tech Mechanical - Duration 4 weeks.


4. Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/QC) - Eligibility: Diploma /B-tech /M-tech Civil - Duration 4 weeks.


5. Soil / Geotechnical & Material Testing – Eligibility: Diploma /B-tech Civil - Duration 4 weeks.

6. Land-Survey & Planning - Eligibility: 10+2/ Graduate/ ITI /Diploma /B-tech Civil - Duration 4 weeks.


7. Structural Designing - Eligibility: Diploma /B-tech Civil - Duration 4 weeks.
Structure analysis: - Fundamental and conceptual Knowledge of the following
Stress and strain, centroid and moment of inertia, bending moment and shear force, deflection of beams, fixed and continuous beam, column and struts, analysis of frame structure.
Design of structure:-
a. Steel structures - Tension member, compression member, simple beam, beam column, weld, rivet and bolt design.
b. R.C.C structures :-Singly and doubly R/F beam, development length, curtailment of R/F, R/F @ confining zones, simple supported beam, cantilever beams, one and two way slab, axially loaded columns, combined direct and bending stresses, footings.
NOTE = Additional knowledge for Indian standard codes i.e. IS 456,800,875(1 to 5), 8147 etc.

8. Geographical Information System (GIS) - Eligibility: Diploma /B-tech/ M-tech Civil - Duration 4 weeks.

9. Fire and Safety - Eligibility: 10+2/ Graduate -in 4 weeks.
10. AutoCAD ,2D& 3D - Eligibility: Minimum 10th - Duration 4 weeks.
11. SAP - Eligibility: 10+2/ Graduate, ITI / Diploma /B-tech/ M-tech - Duration 4 weeks.
12. STADD Pro - Eligibility: 10+2/ Graduate, ITI / Diploma /B-tech/ M-tech - Duration 4 weeks.
13. TEKLA STRUCTURES - Eligibility: 10+2/ Graduate/ ITI / Diploma /B-tech/ M-tech - Duration 4 weeks.
14. Web Designing: Eligibility: 10+2/ Graduate Diploma /B-tech/ M-tech Civil - Duration 4 weeks.
