12/20/2015 Mekanagadde Homestay is a heritage homestay with the house being 100 years old. In 1980's the house was renovated with a modern touch of architecture. Since the house was best suited to run homestay business, in 2008 with the help of Karnataka Tourism, the homestay was named as "Mekanagadde Homestay".


Mekanagadde Homestay is surrounded by hills and thick trees is located in between Chikmagalur and Sakleshpur hence becoming one of the best homestay in Chikmagalur and also best homestay in Sakelshpur region too. So people no doubt that they have always loved these Western Ghat nature stay.
