We'd like to introduce to you the Lloyds line of guesthouses in Chennai. They
are located, priced and furnished keeping in mind the needs of the modern day
business traveller.
Location
Lloyds Guest Houses can be found at 3 prime locations in the heart of Chennai's business district. Two in T Nagar (North Boag Road & Krishna Street) and the third in Royapettah (Lloyds Road). The Lloyds Guest Houses in T Nagar are in the close vicinity of the Hotel Residency Towers, while the Lloyds Road location is right behind the Hotel Savera and Music Academy. All 3 locations are in very close proximity of the US Consulate, about 30 minutes from the Chennai Central Railway Station and less than an hour from the airport.
Tariff
The central address aside, another aspect that makes Lloyds Guest Houses most convenient for every business traveller is the price. A double room is priced at between Rs. 1550 and Rs. 1850. This tariff is not inclusive of the taxes ( @ 19.92 % ) that are applicable.
The rooms
All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished for comfort. Maintained under a strict regimen of cleanliness, we do everything we can to ensure you have no reason for complaint. Rooms and bathrooms (western) are cleaned every day, and given a change of linen as well. A TV and telephone are the other amenities available in every room.
