We at lychees being so passionate to instill high quality in each pair of our footwear, all our manufacturing processes undergo rigorous quality checks. We procure genuine and processed leather/ non leather only from the most renowned suppliers and tanneries in India. These raw materials are of standard quality and are physically tested by us on the parameters of thickness, apparent density, tensile strength, tear load, water resistance, abrasion, stitch tear etc. These quality tests ensure a long-life of entire range of our footwear. Our quality control personnel also keep strict supervision on the entire manufacturing process right from the conception of design till the birth of a pair of footwear. They ensure the quality of our footwear by analyzing their quality against correctness and regularity of the design, stitches, finish and wear resistance.
