HTFL ,a part of Thackersey group India is manufacturing high performance composite intermediates made of Carbon and Aramide fiber in India in collaboration with Toho Tenax Japan. These products are used in different applications including Construction reinforcement, Medical equipment, Marine, Mass transportation, Automotive, Aerospace, Sports & Leisure, Wind Energy to name a few.

The major product categories of HTFL are carbon, aramid woven, UD and hybrid dry fabrics, epoxy compatible pre-formable fabrics and solventless resin prepregs and laminates based on Thermosets and Thermoplastics.

The types of fabric HTFL manufactures include balanced, uni-directional fabrics and other specialized hybrid products in variety of widths, aerial weights, styles and fiber combinations. Additionally HTFL has a capability to develop fabrics specially engineered for any particular application or client, like high silica fabric from silica yarn, Basalt fabric, Slate fabrics, UHMWPE, stainless steel, Aluminium wire etc with state of the art manufacturing facility. As an example HTFL has displayed Basalt, Slate, UHMWPE base fabrics as well as metal wire hybrid fabrics.

HTFL manufactures prepregs and composite intermediates using thermoset and thermoplastic polymer matrix. The speciality thermoset matrix includes Epoxy formulations of a range of Tg and toughness, Cyanate ester formulations, BMI formulations. In the range of thermoplastics HTFL can offer PP, TPO, TPU, PA and PEEK. Other than prepregs HTFL offers customized laminates for composite application.
