HPACS Consulting was promoted in February 2006 by Mr. Hemant Paliwal, Managing Partner of Hemant Paliwal & Associates- a firm of Company Secretaries of India established in February 1999 who has a wide and extensive global corporate experience of over thirty years. In June 2007 Mr. Hemant Paliwal also established HPACS Consulting (UK) Ltd, in London to serve HPACS' clients worldwide.
Our practice areas bring together a wide range of specialist skills sets drawn from across the HPACS Group companies and we constitute "TASK FORCE" team required to execute the project swiftly and effectively.
We are a firm of Practicing Company Secretaries of India and practice in the Corporate Laws of India.
