Asha Pandey

Founder and Chief Learning Strategist

Asha is the Founder and Chief Learning Strategist at EI Design. She heads the organization’s Solution Architecting and Innovation mandates. She brings in her experience of 18+ years to help EI Design customers transform their learning and keep pace with the changing workplace dynamics. She also heads EI Design’s newly launched Learning Consulting practice. A regular writer for various global Learning forums, Asha is one of the most recognized thought leaders in the industry.

Subramani K.

Chief Operating Officer

Subramani comes with a total experience of 19 years, with 15 years in eLearning. He oversees the customer experience, the overall project delivery, as well as the quality of products delivered. He drives initiatives from the operations point of view, which covers processes, tools and technologies, and skill development. Additionally, he passionately strives to achieve standardization and centralization of workflows, establishing benchmarks and artifacts to achieve predictable quality and timely deliverables.

Vishnuvardhan R.

Head of Operations

Vishnuvardhan plans, directs, and remains closely involved with the project execution team and looks after overall resource management across domains. He focuses on continuous improvement of the customer satisfaction index across accounts. With over 18 years of eLearning experience, he manages cross-functional teams and provides guidance to project teams to deliver high-quality products to customers. He also heads the HCM function and is responsible for sourcing, developing, motivating, and retaining the talent at EI Design.

Anirban Das

Chief Creative Officer

Anirban is responsible for driving and delivering effective learner and user experiences provided by EI Design. As a key member of the Innovation and Solution Architecting Team, he helps in sustaining the differentiation and edge for EI Design. With his varied experience of 15 years in the learning design domain, he believes in opening up avenues for collaboration between cross-functional teams to arrive upon personalized solutions that bridge the gap between user and business needs.

Ravi Chauhan

Director

Ravi founded The Leadership Consulting in 2016 after an illustrious career spanning 28 years in the technology sector. He has previously served as the Managing Director of SAP India Private Limited, Managing Director of Juniper Networks India Private Limited, the Global General Manager for Nortel Networks’ enterprise software business, and the Managing Director of Nortel’s India operations. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad. Ravi provides guidance for business strategy, marketing, and talent development.

Nalini has over 20 years of experience in the areas of CRM, Database Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Knowledge Management. Her current designation is Managing Director, Network Analytics team at Ogilvy. She heads the Data Center of Excellence to support the needs of the global clients of Ogilvy’s worldwide network of offices. Nalini contributes to the overall business strategy at EI Design and provides inputs for operational excellence.
