Ghasitaram Sweets & Gifts was established in 1916 in Karachi, Pakistan. The company was started by the Late Shri Ghasitaramji Bajaj in Karachi, Pakistan, and hence the Brand name GHASITARAM . After the partition of 1947, his son Shri Goverdhandas Bajaj had to leave the sprawling business setup behind and moved with nothing, but his skills to earn his daily livelihood to the upcoming city of Bombay. Under his proficient guidance the business grew and our first retail set up was in Bibijan Street, Mumbai.

Since then, under the able guidance of Mr.Goverdhandas Ghasitaram Bajaj s eldest son Late Mr. Prem Bajaj ,the firm has grew to many shop cum restaurants in Mumbai, and a resort on the outskirts of Mumbai .
