Warranty and Certification

Motor, Rotor & Touch Button / Switch PCB are covered under this warranty. However, warranty does not cover consumables like bulbs, Switches / Knobs, anyfilters, outer body, metal / Glass / plastic parts, Filter locks ,etc of the chimneys.

Repairs and cleaning under warranty?

It is mandatory to get the product serviced / cleaned at least twice a year through Authorized Service Centre by calling on Toll Free No 1800 209 3484. You may also enroll for Faber Cleaning Contract (FCC) for trouble free servicing by company authorized service centers. Any routine maintenance / cleaning / servicing visit would not be covered under warranty, and would be provided on chargeable basis as per prevailing rates / charges.

It is mandatory to install all the FABER products by calling our toll free no.1800 209 3484 and by our authorised service center only.

Warranty will be valid only on producing Warranty card and Bill / Invoice.
