A Look at Deshvideshjobwala.com: A New Entrant in India's Job Portal Space
India's employment landscape has long relied on job portals and recruitment consultancies to bridge the gap between candidates and companies. Joining that crowded field is Deshvideshjobwala.com, a recruitment website positioning itself as a connector between job seekers and employers, with a particular focus on vocational and entry-level talent.
What the Site Offers
Based on its current structure, Deshvideshjobwala.com organizes its services around a few core sections:
ITI / Diploma Jobs — a dedicated section for candidates who have completed an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) course or a diploma program, groups that often struggle to find portals tailored to their qualifications.
Apprenticeship / NAPS Jobs — listings related to India's National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), aimed at connecting apprentices with training-linked employment.
Job Fair — a section referencing hiring events meant to bring candidates and employers together, whether in person or virtually.
About Us and Contact Us pages, along with links to social channels on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and a WhatsApp number for direct support.
The site describes its mission as bridging the gap between job seekers and employers through listings, career resources, and hiring events, and it emphasizes partnerships with employers "of all sizes" to offer positions ranging from entry-level to executive roles.
A Few Things Worth Noting
A couple of details are worth flagging for anyone evaluating the platform:
It appears to be very new. Its social media handles carry a "2024" tag, but page assets and copyright notices reference 2026, suggesting the site has recently been built or relaunched using the WordPress Astra theme and Elementor page builder.
Some page content looks unfinished. The "About Us" page, for instance, contains a stray line asking the reader to supply "your organization name, target audience... and tone" so the text "can be customized" — language that reads like an AI drafting prompt left in place rather than finished copy. This suggests parts of the site are still under construction.
Contact options are limited to a single channel. Support is offered via a WhatsApp number and an email address, rather than a registered office address, phone line, or verifiable company registration details on the pages reviewed.
None of this necessarily means the platform isn't a legitimate, functioning recruitment service — many small consultancies and job portals in India start exactly this way, especially those built quickly to promote local job fairs or NAPS/ITI placements. But the incomplete content and lack of easily verifiable company details are reasons for job seekers to do a bit of extra homework before sharing personal information or paying any fees.
Practical Advice for Job Seekers
If you're considering using Deshvideshjobwala.com or a similar smaller portal:
Never pay an upfront fee to be "registered," interviewed, or guaranteed a job — legitimate recruitment in India is generally free for candidates.
Verify employer names independently before attending any job fair or submitting documents.
Check for a physical address and business registration (such as a CIN or GST number) if you plan to share sensitive documents.
Cross-check job listings on established platforms like Naukri, NCS (National Career Service), or company career pages to confirm a role genuinely exists.
Bottom Line
Deshvideshjobwala.com presents itself as a niche recruitment platform for ITI, diploma, and apprenticeship candidates in India, built around job fairs and direct WhatsApp support. As with any newer or smaller job portal, the value it offers will depend on how actively it's maintained and how genuine its employer partnerships turn out to be — something best judged by engaging cautiously and verifying details independently rather than by the website's own claims alone
