Barfed work from 8 mm to 890 mm Diameter and up to 695mm between Centres.
Chucking work up to 245mm Diameter and also up to 695mm between Centres.
Uses of Stainless Steel CNC machined parts Stainless Steel CNC turned components screw machine parts:-
- SUS 303: AISI 303
- Hex Nuts and Bolts, Stainless Bushes Bushings, Shafts, Aircraft Fittings, Gears.
- heavu duty Electrical Switchgear Components.
- In general any component that is heavily machined and where the corrosion resistance and fabrication properties of 303 are viable.
- SUS 304: 1.4301 AISI 304 S30400 X5CrNi18-10
- Food processing equipment, particularly in beer brewing, milk processing & wine making.
- Kitchen equipments and accessories , Stainless Steel sinks, troughs, equipment and appliances.
- Architectural panelling, railings & trim. Screw machine parts
- Chemical containers, including for transport. CNC machined parts
- Woven or welded screens for mining, quarrying & water filtration.
- Threaded fasteners, cold forged screws Springs. CNC turned components
- SUS 316: 1.4401 X5CrNiMo17-12-2 AISI 316 S31600 AISI 316L 1.4435 1.4432
- we offer Food preparation equipment particularly in chloride environments.
- Lab components and turned fittings Threaded fasteners, Springs.
- Coastal architectural panelling, railings & trim. precision CNC machined parts
- Boat fittings, Chemical containers, including for transport.
- Heat Exchangers, hydraulic components and turned machined parts
- 316Higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion is required, in chloride environments. A lower machining ability can be accepted.
- SUS 416:
- Valve Parts, Pump Shafts, Automatic Screw Machined Parts.
- Motor Shafts, Washing Machine Components.
- Bolts and Nuts, Studs, Gears. Cold forged screws
- Even higher machining ability than 303 is needed, and a lower corrosion resistance can be tolerated. Or hardening by thermal treatment is required, while maintaining a high machining ability.
Finish: Electropolished, natural, Buff polished
