• Phase I

• Phase II
Here construction is done as per Architectural or Structural drawings which are approved by the experts. Internal finishing like flooring and pre-cast are performed. Next work is done as required like the sanitary work, electrical work, painting, polishing and POP works. The other work includes external development works like pathways, walkways, boundary wall, steel railings and gates.• Phase III
This phase includes commissioning of buildings that are constructed and obtained the completion or occupation certificate from the authorities. This also handles over the building to the client or the owner.

Mr. Sunil Bindra, who is the Founder and CEO of M/s. Bindra & Associates, is a Civil Engineer by profession and has experience in civil construction for 30 years. He has worked with DLF Universal Limited as their leading real estate developer. He has also worked as a Sr. Project Engineer at their project site at DLF Qutub Enclave.
