08/27/2010 we manufacture fire retardants and smoke suppressants for the manufacture of antimony and molybdnum free pvc cable compounds.
We have 3 products namely AM-001,Cutin,and thermol each with a different role to play during fire testing.
AM-001 is a magnesium zinc complex which acts as a smoke suppressant .It works well with antimony and molybdnum also.
CUTIN is a Blended flame retardant as well as a smoke suppressant comprising of complexes of Tin,Copper,Barium,Zinc and magnesium..It improves the LOI without compromising the smoke emissions.
Thermol is a flame retardant which replaces antimony totally from the FR PVC formulation without compromising on the LOI at the same dosage.
