Bottle sterilization section applying section treatment with ozonated water or hydrogen perioxide (H2O2) Sterile air creation device using HEPA filters. Total control of dosed weight and of the cap.Rejection of non-conforming product on a seperate parallel conveyor.
Low Level Palletisers Machine
Designed for stacking various types of carton, box and plastic basket. Employs man-machine interfacing English screen, providing display for trouble causes, self-diagnosis and trouble positions. Carton stacking quantity and layers can be set on the control panel Extensible height frame for elevation of upper tape head mechanism with a range of 400mm, adjusted by crank handle. Touch-sensing screen provides memory capability for memorizing the slacking programs for saving time of change.
CM20 Automatic Side Sealer
Servo Drive Technology, High Speed continuous motion Teflon coated Rotary Wheel Side Seal and 20” wide cross seal bar to accommodate packages up to 16” wide x 6” high. Designed to run all polyolefin shrink films. Polyethylene Seal System optional. Siemans PLC with 30 program memory. Speeds of up to 50ppm. Pin wheel hole punch . *Infeed and tunnel sold separately.
