Mahalakshmi M graduated from CEG Guindy (Anna University) with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and went on to secure her Masters in MBA (HR). She is a certified soft skills trainer, and has received certification in Corporate Social Responsibility. She holds over two decades of work experience in the field of HR and IT in India and US. During her time in the US, she ran a successful start-up dealing with clients across the globe.
She founded Maatrom HR Solution in 2015, with a vision to provide quality HR services for organisations to enhance their business operations. Maatrom HR Solution’s key to success has been the ability to provide customer-oriented quality HR Solutions with honesty, integrity and trust at its heart.
