He is a decisive and action oriented visionary who took over a sick pesticide Company named Northern Mineral Pvt. Ltd. in 1980 and transformed it today into a Rs 1000 Crore organization called Dhanuka Agritech Ltd.

Mr. Mridul Dhanuka

Whole-Time Director

He is associated with Dhanuka Group Ltd. since 2005. He was responsible in successfully realigning the entire supply chain vertical from procurement to sales. At Orchid, he hopes to replicate the Group's success and put another feather in Dhanuka cap.

Mr. Manish Dhanuka

Managing Director

Mr. Manish Dhanuka is the Director of Orchid Pharma Ltd. He has the vision to rejuvenate Orchid Pharma Ltd. and take it on a fruitful path. His wide-ranging experience of handling operations, commercial, marketing and finance in the manufacturing industry.

Mr. Arjun Dhanuka

Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director

Mr. Arjun Dhanuka started his career with Dhanuka Laboratories Limited in September 2010. From 2010-2013 his role comprised of managing all the purchase decisions of the company. He graduated from Delhi University and is a now Whole Time Director with the company.

MS.Tanu Singla

Non-Executive, Independent Director

Ms.Tanu Singla is a qualified Company Secretary (CS). She has an experience of more than ten years as a Company Secretary in Real Estate and Media Industry.

Dr Dharam Vir

Non-Executive, Independent Director

Dr Dharam Vir has rich experience of about 32 years in Pharmaceutical Industry wherein he has played significant role in both strategic and operational in R&D.

Ms. Shubha Singh

Non-Executive, Independent Director

Ms. Shubha Singh is a Company Secretary since 2003. Additionally, she holds degrees of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), PG Diploma in Financial Analysis, MBA (International Business) from IMT and Law graduate from Faculty of Law

Mr. Manoj Goyal

Non-Executive, Independent Director

He was a Statutory Auditor of different Banks, Insurance Companies and public sector undertaking. Besides this he has passed many certificate course organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
