Job Title: Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Manager Sales We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Manager Sales to develop sales for Industrial flooring (Epoxy/PU), Waterproofing, Repair and other construction chemical range of products. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business by targeting channel partners – applicators & dealers , appoint SWD in strategic locations and specifiers. Company Name: CHOWGULE CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS PVT. LTD Location: 1.     Thane/Navi Mumbai - Responsible for generating business in Thane/KDMC/Navi Mumbai. 2.     Mumbai - Responsible for generating business in Mumbai. 3.     Pune - Responsible for generating business in Pune and ROM (Rest of Maharashtra). 4.     Goa, Konkan, and North Karnataka - Responsible for generating business in these regions.   Job Description: Your primary goal will be to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets in the assigned regions.   Responsibilities: -       Generate business in the assigned regions by reaching out to potential customers, including channel partners – applicators & dealers , appoint SWD in strategic locations. -       Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders, consultants, and project managers. -       Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies. -       Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings to educate customers on the benefits and features of our products. -       Collaborate with the technical team to provide technical support and guidance to customers. -       Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets on a regular basis. -       Stay updated with industry developments, new products, and emerging trends in Epoxy, PU flooring, and Waterproofing.   Qualifications: -       Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in generating business in the construction chemical industry. -       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. -       Strong knowledge of Industrial Flooring (Epoxies/ Pus), Waterproofing & Repair products, their applications, and market dynamics. -       Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders. -       Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. -       Any graduate degree is required.
