We're excited to recount the highlights from our recent career guidance workshop at the College of Agriculture, Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. Spearheaded by the distinguished Mr. CP Joshi, former AGM of RBI and CEO of ixamBee, the event was a tremendous success. The workshop provided an interactive environment where students engaged with Mr. Chandraprakash Joshi, alongside Kailash Tiwari and Dr. Namrata Sharma, gaining critical insights into the agriculture and banking sectors. Mr. CP Joshi illuminated key strategies for career development within agriculture and finance, focusing on the importance of ongoing education, adaptability, and proactive career management. Students were motivated to pursue a wide range of opportunities and follow their passions with dedication. A standout feature was the Q&A segment, allowing direct dialogue with Mr. CP Joshi, Kailash Tiwari, and Dr. Namrata, which significantly enhanced the participants' understanding and resolved their queries. Our heartfelt thanks go to the Dean of the College of Agriculture, GBPUA&T and Dr. V C Dhyani, staff counselor of the Agriculture Society, College Of Agriculture, GBPUAT, for enabling us to contribute our knowledge. Collaborating with such a renowned institution and seeing the students' eager participation was truly rewarding. The session also showcased Mr. Kailash Tiwari, former Agriculture Field Officer at UBI and star faculty member, who delved deep into government roles in agriculture, offering students a pathway to public sector careers. Women's Day Celebration at ixamBee We celebrated Women's Day at ixamBee and here is a glimpse of that, but before I would love to say my bit here, I Tanushi Sharma, as HR of ixamBee express my heartfelt gratitude in my open letter here. Yesterday, after hosting the day's celebrations, I found myself deeply contemplating how the women in the company have helped me evolve. I joined this company straight from college, with faith in myself and high ambitions. The only thing I was worried about was how challenging it would be to start fresh and lead a big role and a team of 170. However, during my initial interactions, I met three wonderful women from the company Dr. Namrata Sharma, Arunima Sinha, and Prachi Agarwal, and found a mirror image of the professional I wanted to become. When I joined, I found that not just them, but every woman at ixamBee, is intuitive, magnificent, bold, and excellent. They not only strive for their growth but possess a unique ability to empower others around them.
