Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.  Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.  Knowledge of relevant industry trends and best practices.  Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.  Should be very good in data crunching and analytics.
