  • We wish Abhishek Bhardwaj a very prosperous future and great learning at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research

    View profile for Abhishek Bhardwaj

    PGDM (Marketing) SPJIMR (2025-27) | LLM (ADR) USLLS GGSIPU (2024-25) | BBA-LLB (H) (2019-24)

I’m excited to share that I’ve been admitted to the PGDM (Marketing) program at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, ranked #1 in India by IIRF - Indian Institutional Ranking Framework and #1 in India in the Financial Times Masters in Management Ranking 2024. What makes this moment special is not just the destination — but the very unexpected journey. As a law graduate with a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) and an LL.M. in ADR, marketing wasn’t exactly on the cards. In fact, as any lawyer knows, we’re not even allowed to market ourselves — ethically or otherwise. But during my corporate internships and client counselling sessions, I saw something shift. Clients didn’t just want correct clauses — they wanted clarity, confidence, and someone who could tell their story. That’s when I picked up “Building Strong Brands” by David Aaker — and what began as casual reading became a turning point. Aaker’s idea of brand identity struck me like a gavel: building trust, consistency, and emotional resonance wasn’t far from what I’d been doing — just in a suit and with citations. A year of CAT prep and a lot of coffee later, I’m now stepping into SPJIMR, ready to trade case law for brand strategy. Turns out, some pivots are meant to happen! #IamSPJIMR #InkedbySPJIMR
