Studio AsA is searching diligently for a skilled Junior Architect to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for planning and designing building's interiors and Architecture while keeping in mind the needs of the project. Responsibilities Create detailed plans for the construction project. Present drawings and plans for approval. Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations. Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports. Study the environmental impacts of the construction process and work to mitigate any environmental risks. Aide in the creation of a schedule and budget for the project. Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design. Studio AsA is hiring a Senior Architect/Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated individual with the capacity to create brilliant creative solutions & deliverables, have a keen eye for detail, and must be able to understand creative requirements & adhere to the same in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties - The candidate should have good knowledge of Interior Design with work experience of 5 + Years in this field Undertake design project from concept to completion Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief” Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans Team leading skills to Manage a team of junior designers  Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors, MEP consultants, clients etc, Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions) Excellent portfolio of previous works and relevant experience in commercial office interiors, Hospitality Interiors etc  Worked on MSP or any other project tracker softwares Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and knowledge of building codes and regulations. Strong communication and leadership skills.
