Job Title: Human Resources Recruiter ( EXP: 6 months to 1 Year) Company: APPMOMOS Location: WORK FROM OFFICE Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Recruiter to join our team on a permanent basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment to further develop their skills in talent acquisition within a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Assist in the preparation of job offers and facilitate the negotiation process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide timely updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions. Support recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related HR function. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
