Deep Kumar Sharma03/05/2024Good behavior of staff, good facilities given, overall great services. My Cousin had serious illness and complications since long. We took consultations from multiple hospitals and then decided to admit at Precision Plus Superspeciality Hospital. Where Dr. Lalit Banswal and his guidance, manners & kindness made us so comfortable and convinced that we immediately decided to admit. During our admission all the nursing staff Doctors, and even junior level peoples also were so much professional that they made this period so easy for us. Dr. Lalit Bansal and Dr. Narendra Chopde is one of the best Doctors I have ever came across. Once again my sincere thanks to all Hospital Doctors. management and Nursing Staff.

Ajay Singh26/04/2024May be other people get benefitted with this hospital, but couple of things i wanted to highlight which i noticed. I would like to put an honest review, so that others will not face such issues. - Had issues with abdominal pain, diagnosed in Ultrasound. Immediately Dr. Narendra Chopade asked for Admission, for a moment i make up my mind to get admitted as i was bit scared after listening to doctor & thought it's better to get admitted. Fortunately, i called my friend, who is renowned Doctor, and he advised, "There's really no need to get admitted" Medicine can cure this. Well, i took decision to not get admitted. Suspicious things happened when i met with another Doctor and he said same thing, that there's really no need to get admitted & medicine is quite enough to treat this. Also to be noted they were calling me to get admitted asap. Not seems good. - Next with Lab Diagnosis, Doctor recommended to get tested for CBC, LFT, KFT, Urine, Stool. I got tested in their lab and my LFT report was really bad, Protein - 4, Globulin - 0.8. When i visited another Doctor for 2nd Opinion, he asked me to do LFT again, in a timespan of a Week, LFT reports were normal. I was surprised to see that & in my follow up call with Doc, he told me that looking at this result at first sight, didn't trust as your Symptoms doesn't say anything about that. Another area where i suspected on their overall Diagnosis. Also, in other reviews they used to comment about legal consequences. Please stop these kinds of statement, no one fears with such statements. I have all docs available to show a clear comparison of reports & also how i have been pushed to get admitted, where it was not really required. I would suggest Precision team to treat patient honestly that's how you would be able to build trust. Doctors treated as "GOD", don't act as "daemon". Thank you. **Response of your reply:** 1. Comment about severe Abdominal Pain - Yes i do have the abdominal pain during night but when i reached to you, it was little pain (Not severe), if severe i would not have drive and reach to your Clinic. 2. Regarding not intimating Enterocolitis. - It was suspected that it's enterocolitis, however the whole debate around Admission and Lab Test ( in my Comment i clearly mentioned that after hearing from you, i made my mind to take Admission, but somehow it couldn't happen.) 3. Regarding taking advice from my Doctor Friend. - Everyone in this planet surely look for second opinion when he has that flexibility. First of all i am not making any COMPARISON BETWEEN YOU & MY DOC FRIEND as there is really no comparison with you at all. He has received prestigious Award not just from Indian Government Authorities but abroad as well. I believe the owns such recognition because he carries that level of skill and expertise. He's Renowned & WILL BE, no doubt at all, so please keep your ego in your pocket. Will not help in longer run. 4. Advice from other Doctor. - Well, My friend has just provided telephonic advice on not requiring any admission. Even though i reached out to Other Gastro in Pune itself, and his statement was same too, what my friend told. In fact, he was doubtful on report and that's why recommended to have LFT again just after 5 days. I understand reports can be plus/minus with some fraction but if Clinical data shows, more than 50% differences then obviously this suspicious. You again tell me that other Gastro in PUNE, may not be knowing anything. You are good to speak, but you should try to see why you have been contradicted by 2 more doctors. I just want to advise you to please don't treat your profession as Business. "Doctors" have been named as "GOD", so try to help people not harass. Unnecessarily chaos scare patient. Hope you understand my feeling. I am not criticizing you, you may be a good Doctor, but the way it happened it's not acceptable and justified. Thanks.

I received my treatment under Dr Narendra Chopde who is such a knowledgeable and cooperative doctor. His diagnosis accumen is par excellence and above all the doctor is more genuine and ethical.
