Our Approach

Rural Empowerment

REF follows a rural empowerment approach in all its initiatives, with a focus on empowering rural communities through entrepreneurship development. This approach has been successful in the creation of several successful rural-led businesses, contributing to the development of the local economy. Efforts have led to increased financial independence and improved living standards for many families in rural areas.

Green Energy Projects

REF's first society-based solar power plant has made a significant impact by supporting over 50,000 farmers and their entire village. This innovative project not only provides clean energy but also enables farmers to sell excess power directly to the government, creating new economic opportunities for rural communities. Our society-based solar power plant empowers farmers and entire villages, impacting over 50,000 people and offering a direct selling opportunity for excess power generated to the government.

Women and child welfare

REF is dedicated to improving the health and welfare of women and children in rural areas throughout India. Through various initiatives focused on healthcare and anemia eradication, REF has made significant strides in improving the lives of rural communities. We provide access to healthcare services, education on nutrition and hygiene, and support for maternal and child health.

E-Hub

We plan to develop more than ten lakh aspiring small and medium entrepreneurs across the state of Telangana to start with and then across pan India in 5 years. It is proposed to give them training and help them choose their field of interest, helping them to establish their industry. Will create incubation centres and skill development centres with guidance from national and international experts in various fields.
