Every interaction with a colleague, client, partner, stranger, neighbor or a family member is an opportunity to inspire them to do something wonderful. An inspired person will be more productive and live a healthier life. An inspired team will get things done faster and better. And last not least, an inspired society will be more prolific and prosperous. The VUCA world today needs managers and leaders who inspire their colleagues, teams, partners, neighbours and families. Communication plays a crucial role in this process of inspiring audiences. This topic was also the research problem of my PhD and after spending more than a decade, I have been able to fine-tune this art and science of inspirational communication into a 1-day open program called INSPIRE. It is a beautiful journey of transforming yourself into a leader who can lift the self-efficacy of your teams through storytelling and conversations that bring positive emotions. And the best part is that anyone can learn to do this. This is not a god-gift. It is a social scientific process that needs effort, practice and feedback. The first batch was launched in April and I am grateful to leaders like Dr Apar Jindal from Gleneagles Hospital to have joined it. I am also grateful for his encouragement which I am sharing here in this post. I am excited to inform you that we are highly encouraged by your support and are doing 3 more batches.
