This innovative approach mitigates the impact of sensor failures through the development of virtual redundancy measures. This has achieved a significant reduction in aero-engine testing costs and an increase in Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Developer productivity. IVA is extending this work to develop digital twins for aero-engine Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS). This further establishes IVA's commitment to advancing technological Industry 5.0 solutions that positively impact Defense R&D efforts.
