At Jayshree Machines & Tools we specialize in the process technology, molding machinery and aluminum tooling required for the processing & production of particle foam from expandable polystyrene (EPS), polyethylene (EPE), polypropylene (EPP) or co-polymers.

We have developed and designed specialized processes and custom machinery, set up complete turnkey manufacturing plants and developed automated, flexible manufacturing systems. We have also provided full project management of turnkey manufacturing facilities including operator training.
